My husband pointed out to me that our dog's adult canine had come in on one side and the baby tooth is still there and in perfect alignment with the adult tooth. It doesn't appear to be coming out at all, but it looks like it might grow into the new one. I don't have any money to take him to the vet for this and was wondering if there was a simple solution I could do at home to help him out. It doesn't seem to bother him, but it might later on. Can I just pull the baby tooth out without hurting my dog? Please, someone help. He is my best friend and I love him. Thanks!
What can I do at home about my dog's canine baby tooth not coming out before his adult tooth came in?
hey buddy, im sorry i dont know what 2 say besides go to the vet i hope ur dogs OK :)
Reply:Sorry Gail, Wish i could help you with this one but I have no idea, other than the vet :(
Reply:HOWDY!!! froggsfriend,
I am sorry but I can't help you on this one. Like you say your dog needs to see the Vet. but I of all people can understand the money problem. I think the money thing gets worse every day for us that don't have much.
As far you pulling you dogs teeth the answer has to be NO because that would be painful to the dog and it might set up an infection. I know you don't want to see him in pain or worse. I don't know what the Vet. would say but I would at least give him a call. Sorry that I am not more help.
STAY SAFE,
Bulldog
