Is it possible to be an adult and still have your baby teeth?

I'm 23 and still have one.

Is it possible to be an adult and still have your baby teeth?
My mother never lost 5 of her baby teeth. She finally got them removed 2 years ago and she is 40 years old.
Reply:Don't think so. The permanent teeth are behind them, waiting to grow out.
Reply:absolutely. there is a rare disorder called anodontia where you have no teeth even. some people have congenitally missing permanent teeth meaning they simply dont develope certain permanent teeth. some permanent teeth are commonly impacted such as lateral incisors and canines (as well as wisdom teeth). I have a baby tooth and hope i never loose it. if you are concerned ... see a dentist, they can tell immediately if a tooth is permanent or primary and if you as an adult have baby teeth, xrays will reveal any pathology causing this.
