Is it healthy for my teeth to be this bad?

Last time I went to the dentist would off been like 10 years ago %26gt;%26gt;

I have an over bite of about an inch

And I still have 5 baby teeth (There all in the front and I'm 17)

When my adult teeth grew in instead of pushing out my baby teeth, the adult teeth grew behind them so my baby teeth slid down my gums.

So I have 2 marks inside my botom lip from them rubbing.

My baby teeth wont come out no matter how hard I've yanked and wiggled them. They've bleed, but are stuck between 3 other adult teeth (all 5 baby teeth are like this).

How they'd pull them out I have no idea.

My mouth dosn't close. and I can't eat food that's very stringy or extremly tough. I still have my wisdom teeth (there fully in)

So my mouth is extremly compacted (and painfull).

How urgent do I need to get braces and have these teeth pulled?

Is it healthy for my teeth to be this bad?
asap
Reply:I would seriously advise seeing a dentist as soon as possible.
Reply:This isn't healthy and you should see a dentist if you can.

You'd probably need to get your baby teeth pulled, and a lot of major dental work.
Reply:You need to get to an orthodontist, periodontist, and a dentist sooner rather than later. All of that is going to be expensive and painful to fix. Surgery, braces, cleaning... why would you let your teeth get that bad?
Reply:my dad is a dentist,

he says that u NEED them pulled ASAP and might have gum damage do 2 not getting regular cheack ups (kinda like gettong shots)

get ready for braces...they will hurt but in the end u will be so much happier!

So, go 2morrow!!!!!!

Call ur dentist NOW
Reply:Well, I think the longer you wait the worse it could get. I'm sure with those baby teeth there, you can't clean the other teeth as well as they need to be. You should go to the dentist as soon as possible. They have ways of getting the baby teeth out. From what I can tell, It's nothing that can't be fixed, as long as the teeth are healthy. I'm not sure they can be healthy with the living conditions the teeth have, but only a dentist will be able to tell you.
Reply:You need to see a dentist NOW.
Reply:I think the most important thing is to get those teeth pulled. Get a cleaning and X-rays to see what you've got going on. Don't even worry about braces yet if you can't afford them.

Aren't you on your parents insurance? I think you worry about your teeth and gum health before you worry about aligning your teeth so they're nice and pretty. If you can't close your mouth with those in, you've got to get rid of them.

And then maybe you get a job where you get dental insurance and get the braces, or start saving money for the orthodontic work.
Reply:Like staight away it`s harder to move teeth the older you get
Reply:you need to take serious control over this issue. take out a loan or something this is serious and could really effect your health!

Im saying w/i the next month.
Reply:Yes. You really need to fix this! Try care credit.

carecredit.com

It's like a credit card, and you have to qualify to get it, but it lets you make monthly payments. Most Dentists have care credit. You'll need to have the baby teeth removed and possible gum surgery. They might want you to do veneers, but that is hainously expensive. Try and go with crowns, there expensive but not as expensive as veneers. Or you can try extractions of your baby teeth and then get braces. Good Luck!
