i just had an adult tooth pulled and it really hurts any thing i can do to relieve the pain ?

If you just had a tooth pulled ..do not rinse your mouth out! that could dislodge the clot...do not put anything on it. Try to take some ibprophen you can take for that is the same dose as the prescription ibprophen and call your denist first thing tommorrow to have him call in some pain meds..Did he give you infection meds? If not you willl need that too.

Reply:Maybe some orajel or other oral pain reliever. Chloroseptic. I'm surprised that your dentist didnt give you any pain meds or something to numb the pain.

Reply:It is the worst pain! I hope they gave you pain killers b/c that is the only thing that will help. Also, taking advil will help. Have you tried rinsing your mouth with warm water and salt?
If these things don't work then all I can tell you is that in 2 days you will be feeling much better!
DO NOT PUT ORiGEL ON AN OPEN WOUND IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!!
