okay.. i have braces and its an adult tooth and it feels loose. When i look in the mirror i can actually see the tooth wiggle a couple of centimeters

Advise your orthodontist of this ASAP! Some teeth will feel "loose" all though it is'n that common. Using extreme forces to move teeth can result in teeth feeling loose. It's not a healthy state for the tooth to be in but it should firm up once the body lays down more bone as the tooth moves. Still let the practice know about this...
