I have an adult tooth growing in front of a baby tooth?

I'm 13 y.o. and i have one adult canine growing in front of my baby tooth. It's grown higher into my gum than my other canine tooth. Is this normal? do i have to get the baby tooth pulled out? will my canine grow back in it's normal place, or do i need braces? has this happened to you before?

Yes it happened to me and the dentist didn't pull it and it made me buck toothed. Have the dentist to pull it.
Reply:This happened to me. See the dentist and they will pull the baby tooth out so the other one can grow in properly.
Reply:yes. this has happened to me before. in fact, i 'm not an expert and pulling out teeths-_-. usually, my adult teeth grows and then, i pull out my teeth. you should keep shaking the baby tooth and yes. the adult teeth that is growing will go to the place where the baby tooth was. i dont think that you'll need braces. just sometimes(after you pull out the baby teeth) , push the adult teeth to the place really lightly. everyday. it worked for me (:
Reply:It is not normal, but it is not unusual, either. My sister and my niece both had this problem, and both had to have a dentist pull the baby tooth. If you wait too long, it will keep your other teeth from growing in straight. You may have this happen with a few others, too. My sister had hers pulled as soon as our mom noticed what was happening, but my niece didn't get hers done early enough, and had to have braces.
