I have a 14month yorkie and I think his adult teeth are falling out what should I do.?

I have had this dog for just over a year and a half. I can remember him loosing his baby teeth awhile back. But here recently today 01-24-08 one of his back teeth fell out. I am so confused I know I need to call the vet but I wanted to know if this is normal or should this be something I need to worry about. I am not sure if all of his baby teeth fell out or not but what should I do.

It might still be some of his baby teeth. My dog lost the last of his baby teeth around that age. To ease your mind call your vet and ask them this question.
