I have braces and I'm missing 4 adult teeth, but the babies are still in. Two of which have already come out. Now I'm in 8th grade, and I'll probably get my braces off in sophmore year. The problem is after that, I need a fake tooth retainer on the top. Now, when I start kissing, will the fake tooth retainer fall out and will it make the girls not want to kiss you? Because it seems the retainer won't stay on the top. And will having two fake teeth turn a girl off?
No! Fake teeth!! (see details)?
seriously a big ol gap would be worse. really i have a friend who has his two front bottom teeth are fake, he has actually taken them out before and it is way worse and more of a turn off to see the big gap.but a girl friend of course will get over that, altho i would warn her first if there is a chance they could come out. how embarrassing that could be...good luck
Reply:tell her about it b/f you start kissing and it shouldn't be a problem. Good Luck!
Reply:If you meet a girl you have feelings for and she has feelings for you then fake teeth shouldn't be to much of a bother for her.
Reply:not me.

Reply:You should talk to your parents and dentist. there are teeth fake teeth that they can drill into your gum called implants there is a screw that the put in your jawbone and then snap the tooth in. It doesnt come out unless you remove it. There are many types ones that are there and need to be removed by a dentist and ones you can just pop out.

Reply:You are right about the implants. You should also know they are 3-5K EACH and are not guaranteed to take (rejections do occur), and we cant be sure you will the ample height, width and density of bone for implant surgery. Have you discussed having permanent bridges placed, (this is a seies of three crowns with the center one being a fake tooth). A bridge is cemented on permanently and they look GREAT. Besides did you know that process from start to finish (to have implants done) is about 4-6 months and most oral surgeons will not place multiple implants in different areas of the outh at one time. Seriously, they aren't what they are cracked up to be.
